Elgarde is a European company, headquartered in Porto, Portugal. European jurisdiction is a design decision, not a marketing claim. Our infrastructure, our data processing, and our legal structure are all within the EU.
AI-first
Artificial intelligence is the core of our audit engine, not a ChatGPT wrapper. Our models are purpose-built for regulatory violation detection, classification, and report generation. They understand consent flows, banner interactions, and accessibility barriers.
Proprietary audit engine
Every detection rule, every classification model, and every report template is written and maintained in-house. Elgarde is not a resold third-party scanner with a new label. We control the full audit pipeline, from browser-level inspection to the final PDF, which means we can explain every finding and defend every citation.
Jurisdiction-aware by design
Regulatory compliance is not one-size-fits-all. The ePrivacy Directive is transposed differently across EU member states. The European Accessibility Act has varying implementation timelines. WCAG interpretation differs between regulators. Elgarde understands these differences and evaluates each site against the rules that actually apply, not a generic checklist.
